I can recall Drew Barrymore having very nice white teeth during the early stage of her career, but it appears she has been completely neglecting them of late.Judging from the stained yellow tint of her teeth, it appears she has been smoking cigarettes or perhaps ingesting too may latte's.

I do not agree: Drew had never nice teeth, even from E.T. Maybe teeth were whiter but (mainly lower teeth) stand indiscriminately. For a famous actress it is ugly...

Actually the dentin in peoples teeth is naturally yellow or gray. It is not uncommon for people with Drew's complexion, eye color, and hair color to have golden undertones in her teeth. It has nothing to do with dental hygeine.
